I am participating in the Lavender Farm Paint out in Johnson City October 1, 2 and 3rd.

Plein-air artists will capture autumn landscapes and you will have the opportunity to bid on these works at Johnson City art galleries.
On Friday and Saturday, the farms will be open to the public and plein-air artists will be painting landscapes at the area farms.
On Saturday, farms will host various artisan vendors, offer lavender-flavored food and drink and have special farm events. See individual farm websites for their offerings.
Saturday evening, art will be on display at Johnson City Nugent Street art galleries and offered at silent auction through Sunday afternoon with artists reception at noon on Sunday.
Entries will be judged with monetary prizes awarded to winning artists.

I like the strong highligthed center of interest in this lovely impressionist painting. Also, like the way the trees are less distinct on both sides. Lovely color harmony.
